This machine is designed basing on the introduced like products with improvement. It demands very low power consumption, below 1/5 of power consumption of high concentration hydrapulpter; it does little harm to the fiber and can remove the plastic, fabric, wet-strengthen matter and sticking tape completely without fiber loss, which enables it the perfect equipment for processing various commercial waster paper.
II. Main Features
1. Though the lumber may clog the sieve mesh, it will be brought back to the pulp shredder again by washing water while the cylinder rotates.
2. The pulp passes the mesh at a low speed (less than 0.05m/s) and consequently reduces the possibility of rinsing the lumber through sieve mesh and entering the stuff chest.
3. The pulp concentration reduces gradually to continue the disintegrating process until all the fiber bundles are completely disintegrated.
4. No power is required for unnecessary mixing and cutting of fiber and impurity; the power consumption is only required for cylinder rotation and the power consumption of pulp per ton is 15 - 20kW.h.
5. The lumber that cannot pass the mesh will be discharged from the other end of the cylinder and no further fiber recovery is required.
6. The high concentration drum pulp shredder is suitable for the treatment of low-end and unmanageable waste paper such as the living waste paper and recovery of office waste paper free of beam-to-beam sizing and liquid packing board. The waste paper can be used by this system without sorting.
