Ⅰ. Application
Double cone high efficiency and concentration sludge filter is the sophisticated equipment for pulp purification, in particular for the waste paper pulp, which makes it the indispensable and essential equipment for waste paper regeneration and reuse. As the specific weight of fiber is different from that of impurity, it separates the heavy impurity from the pulp to purify pulp. This equipment has wide application, used for crude grading and purification of high concentration pulp and concentration and purification of low concentration pulp in the front of paper making machine.
The sludge filter is featured in simple structure, small floor area, high production capacity, easy handling, difficulty in scum port clogging and high purification efficiency. The pulp passes through the scummer once only and no tail pulp processing unit is required. The fiber loss is zero. The cone is wear resistant and long service life. As the filter has no driving, no power is required. Mount the filter in the pulp transport process and the scum will be removed.
