LCM thread rolling machine is a new type mechanical pulper well designed by us through repeated demonstration and experiments. This machine is suitable for the direct rough pulping of waste paper, rice/wheatgrass, bagasse, reed, chips, bamboo strip, cotton stalk, corn stalk, wood shavings, saw shavings, wood chips, strips, bast fiber plants, lop wood and frutex etc. It can process the raw materials into velvet fiber (fibrillating) and high concentration pulping, reduce the fiber cut and make paper together with high concentration pulp grinder and fine pulp grinder. The paper made in this way has strong absorbency, high opacity and good printing applicability, soft and smooth. As the production requires no chemical, this slurry equipment creates little environmental pollution damage and complies with the environmental requirements. This machine can adopt hot-water soaking without steam cooking to mill the materials into thread or produce pulp directly to make box making paper and corrugated paper etc. During cooking, the load can be increased to shorten the cooking time and reduce the chemicals (about 1/4 of the traditional cooking consumption). Alternatively, through various pre-conditions, together with high concentration pulp grinder and fine pulp grinder, this machine can produce different types of full chemical natural color pulp, full chemical bleached pulp and semi-chemical mechanical pulp.
