I. General
The 1-stage, 3-section high effect Heavy Duty Cleaner manufactured by our company is a consequent Cleaner which removes large impurities in the slurry using the principle of vortex centrifugation. This product is a new type high performance Heavy Duty Cleaner that is manufactured through repeated experimental development combining advanced technologies both domestic and abroad. It is applicable to various slurry purification systems to remove sandstone, iron scraps, fasciculus and other Heavy Duty impurities as well as large gooey mixture, olefin, dirt, foam, prinking ink grain and partial light impurities in the slurry.
II. Working principle
Based on the principle of vortex centrifugation separation, with the slurry of a certain pressure entering from the inlet in the direction of cut line, the 1-stage, 3-section series of low density Cleaner makes eddy motion at a high revolution speed in the tapered separator. The vortex whose axial direction approaches to the separation pipe wall is lead to the end of the taper, and the Heavy Duty impurities in the slurry is thrown to the wall and are discharged from the slag discharge opening at the bottom. The fine slurry assemble to the center of the separation pipe to form the main slurry, and after being sent from the fine slurry opening at the top, it will go to the next process.
